Palazzo located in the heart of the historical centre of Florence
in traffic free Piazza Santa Croce. The Palazzo has a dramatic frescoed
façade. Within the Palazzo are 14 apartments in
total ranging in size from one to three bedrooms and are appointed
to the highest standards with all conveniences. All have either
central air conditioning or window air conditioned units, and TV
with CNN and other international English language channels. The apartments have views of Piazza Santa
Croce and of the city’s monuments, of the private renaissance rose
garden, or of inner courts, and the surrounding hills. Rooms are
spacious and airy, furniture is a comfortable and elegant combination
of modern and antique. All apartments are extremely well maintained
and I would rate the apartments in the region of a 4 star hotel
but with the added bonus of a lot more space, privacy and amenities.
Each apartment has a telephone and answering
machine. Linen is provided. The Palazzo and the Annex are serviced
by lifts. Description On the second floor of the Palazzo with
lift. This unusually spacious apartment developes around one of
the large interior courts, with tall windows and good light. Ample
hallway and large living room with frescoed walls and original 16th
Century wood beam ceilings. Three bedrooms each with queen size beds
that can ber divided to form single beds, three bathrooms – two
with full bath & shower and one with small bath & shower. The master bedroom bathroom is on a split
level with small terrace. The queen-size beds can be divided to
form single beds. Large complete built-in kitchen with dishwasher
and washing machine, and adjacent breakfast room. Stately dining
room with table for 12 and working fireplace. TV with CNN. Independent heating. Air conditioners.
In the heart of the historic centre of Florence,
just a hop from all the main sites and great restaurants. Nearest Airport- Pisa. It is notis not worth hiring a car as the
centre of Florence is pedestrians only now. You can get from Pisa
airport without having to hire a car. Contact
