Accommodation A most unusual villa converted from a bergerie
with lawned and terraced grounds boasting olive, fig and nut trees
extending to 3,500m². The pool has
shallow steps and measures 12.5 x 5m. Views across olive groves and garden with
full, clear view in the other direction of the medieval village
of St. Paul. Being once a bergerie, the lower floor has
vaulted stone ceilings and walls. The salon/dining room has sliding
glass doors to the garden; two steps up from this level there is
a large kitchen with white units, equipped with oven, micro-wave,
small grill oven, exceptionally large American fridge/freezer, dishwasher
and separate utility area with washer and dryer. Passing from the salon into an entrance foyer,
there is access to the two lower floor bedrooms, one with twin beds
and the other with a standard double. The double bedroom has direct
access to the garden. Between these two rooms is a central shower
room with WC. There is also a second
shower room with WC on the ground floor. The spacious main bedroom on the upper floor
is accessed via the stone slabbed staircase from the foyer and has
an en suite bathroom with separate large shower cubicle. Polished
wooden floor and beamed ceiling with double aspect over the garden.
Another bedroom with two separate beds. Access to this is by a very steep ship's
ladder, and here there is a further double bed if the accommodation
is needed for 8 people. (NB. The mezzanine is not suitable for children.
If tenants decide to use it, they do so at their own risk.) Furnishings are very good standard throughout;
floors of Italian stone on lower level and stairway. A superb property that is unique in structure
and style, peaceful setting, spacious gardens, ample parking and
