gardens and distant sea views on the edge of the pretty village
of Le Rouret, situated between Grasse and Nice and only a short
trip to the coastal towns of the Côte d'Azur. Parking within the grounds of the villa
for several cars with wrought-iron gated entrance. The villa is
situated in a quiet cul de sac and so has no busy traffic noise.
The salon is very large with oak dining table
and chairs and a sunken area for lounging with TV. There are some
English channels on satellite. Feature fireplace with suspended
canopy and this main salon has double access via French windows
to the garden and pool. The pool measures 12.5 x 5 metres and has
a diving board at one end where the deep end is 3 metres. There is sun all day long on both the pool
and garden as the main elevation of the villa is due south. Externally
there is a pool-house with shower and WC, table and chairs for dining
and BBQ. Boulodrome with garden lights. The kitchen has attractive
apple-green units with all facilities of dishwasher, double electric
oven, micro-wave, fridge, combination hob. There is a separate utility room with washer
and dryer. Separate cloakroom with basin and WC. Off the entrance
hall. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor: one the Master
bedroom has access to the pool terrace with large 160 cms wide and
210 cms. long double bed. The second bedroom on this floor has two
single beds 105 cms. wide that are slightly raised. Decor is gold and maroon. This bedroom is
cool in summer having east and north facing windows. Bathroom shared
by these two bedrooms is in between with large oval bath, separate
shower, bidet and twin basins. The third bedroom on the upper floor
can be made up as two singles or a large double. Balcony and south and west views. Second
bathroom on the upper floor. This excellent family villa is only available
for a limited period between 12th July and 30th August. The owners have specifically asked for no
pets and that there should be no smoking in any of the bedrooms. Distances Nice
