The villa is 3kms from the village and shops and is within easy reach of all that Provence has to offer such as Saint Remy de Provence, Les Baux, Avignon, Cassis on the coast, to name but a few places. There are plenty of golf clubs in the area and Aix en Provence has an excellent golf club as well as a wonderful market, cafes and restaurants. The stretch of coastline that this property is on runs for 40kms and is made up of five inlets, small ports and fishing villages. It is a real jewel preserved by the Government with sea waters that are so clear, rich with aquatic fauna and with dramatic scenery that is quite breathtaking. The small, intimate pebble beach for the residents of the Calanque is accessible via steep steps and takes about 3 minutes to reach from the house. Entry to the property is on the upper level where there is a living/dining room with large bay windows surrounded by terraces with tables and chairs and amazing views of the sea and the islands of Frioul. There is a twin bedroom with washbasin; WC; an equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. On the middle level is another reception room with billiard table; a twin bedroom, and two double bedrooms with access to a balcony. Also on this level is bathroom with bath. Separate WC. On the lowest level (pool level) is a self-contained apartment with a spacious kitchen, double bedroom and an ensuite shower room and WC. Parking area for 3 cars. Electric gates. Maid service can be arranged at an extra charge. .   Distances Avignon with its international train station is approx 20 miles away and Marseilles with its international airport is about 50 mins or so away. Aix-en-Provence is about 30 miles away and the sea and beaches are about one hour away. There is also an international airport at Nimes.
