The
cottage has two bedrooms, kitchen - living room and bathroom with
a large deck.
The
cottage can sleep 5 in total - one bedroom has a single bed, the
other has a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate
2 people.
The bathroom
has a toilet and sink with shower only. There are electric appliances
- fridge and range. The water comes from a cistern in the basement
and is used for showering and flushing but all drinking/cooking
waterwill be provided. Linens and towels are supplied. The accompanying
pictures show the interior and exterior.
The grounds
consist of a large car park, 1 -3/4 acres with large heather and
rose gardens, perennial garden, one ornamental pond with bridge
and seven other ponds at the back. There is also a maze which is
under construction.
The owner
hails from Birmingham, England, and is a nurseryman specializing
in waterlilies and other water plants, heathers and ivies, most
of which are cultivated from stock plants purchased in England.
The cottage
is available for rent during the months of June, July and August
and a portion of October at a rental of 200.00 UK pounds per week.
A deposit is required.
