The villa is 12 minutes walk to the village
of Mouans Sartoux (stroll in, buy your baguettes and stroll back
for lovely breakfast beside the pool ) and 20 minutes by car to
the beaches of Cannes. The nearest golf course is Saint Donat (listed
in top 100 golf courses in France) - in fact there are 7 golf courses
within a 30 minute drive from the house. If you don’t want to bring
your own clubs, feel free to use ours (mine and my wife’s) There
are a total of 30 plus tennis courts within 30 minutes drive - the
nearest being 7 minutes drive away. The perfumeries of Grasse are only 10 minutes
away by car. Accommodation Modern Villa in good condition with a large
garden and swimming pool - complete privacy. There are (2) Bedrooms, 2 toilets, Modern
Kitchen, Dining room and Sitting room. There is a large 6 X 4.5 meter mezzanine
with couch that can be converted to double bed. Mezzanine has Satellite television, VCR and
DVD player. Large patio eating area (large stone table
seats 12) overlooking pool – adjacent to kitchen and with built
in BBQ. All bed linen, eating utensils etc are provided as part
of the price. Villa is cleaned once per week and garden and pool
