accommodate up to 7 people situated in between La Gaude near Cagnes
sur Mer on the coast and just a very short drive from the airport.
Les Mandarines is on two levels with an unusual mezzanine music/study
area overlooking the salon and dining area. On entering the villa there is a salon on
a slightly lower level with bedrooms leading off to the right and
a staircase rising to the left. There are open views to the garden
and feature cheminée fireplace. TV with satellite channels. The
dining area is off the salon and adjacent to the kitchen which is
traditional in style with white doors and appliance including fridge,
electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and hob., Washing machine.
Sleeping accommodation is in 4 bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is a twin bedded room with access to the
rear garden and with bathroom adjacent. Bedroom 4 is also on the
same level and shares this bathroom with single bed and study desk.
The other two bedrooms are on the upper floor, being one double
with balcony and adjacent bathroom and the third bedroom with twin
beds and en suite shower room and balcony. The garden is very pretty with an upper level
that is grassed with some children's outdoor garden swings etc.
as well as an exterior terrace and BBQ for balmy summer evenings.
The pool which is a good safety feature for children is on a lower
level and has a verandah and shady area next to the pool with loungers.
Shallow steps into the pool. Within walking distance and of great interest
to any teenagers or youngsters in the party, there is the Sun Loisirs
leisure centre that provides a large pool, tennis, squash, paddle
tennis, gym, billiards, mountain bikes, a bar and a restaurant.
Coaching can be arranged here for any of the sports and fitness.
A really spacious and well presented villa with entertainment for
younger ones at hand, close to the coast and airport and still retaining
