There is a large pool (approx. 12m) as well as a fully equipped barbeque area with tables, sun loungers and sunshades. Full central heating operates in winter. Satellite cabling is now redundant as SKY's analogue services have ceased and a new solution has yet to be found (TV + video can be hired - poa). Cots and high chairs can be hired (all must be booked in advance but paid on arrival). Beach towels are NOT supplied. For the elderly, one apartment is at ground level, two others are accessed up 2-3 steps. The building can be let to groups/families but not during July/August (booking needs to be very early indeed to secure this facility - poa). Domestic animals not allowed. Campobello is set in over an acre of splendid private garden with pool, barbecue and magnificent palm trees in a quiet high-class residential area on pine covered slopes overlooking Javea Bay. Balconies overlook the pool and gardens. The poolside and barbecue are equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasols. The apartments have large living /dining area, separate kitchen and full bathroom. Easy access to shops, beaches, sporting facilities and restaurants (listing provided - we now have 10 Michelin stars in the immediate area) does not detract from our friendly villa-style environment and peaceful holiday location. These apartments are also ideal for independent-minded property seekers! A car is essential in spite of proximity to facilities. We offer long-term winter lets with central heating. Linen (except beach towels) is supplied and changed weekly. Water, gas, electricity, central heating is included. Returnable security deposit (max. £150). This can be arranged by us to meet flights at the airports of Alicante or Valencia and special very attractive rates are available on request. :     Golf details We are also ideally placed for golf - the nearest, Javea GC (javeagolf@ctv.es) is less than 10 minutes away. A 9-hole course, which is more difficult than it looks, has superb views of the 'landmark' mountain, Montgo, dominating Javea (Green fees Pts.7000). Towards Denia (c.15 minutes) is La Sella GC, a beautiful 18-hole course. Further afield (c.30 minutes) new course at Oliva (18-hole, designed by Seve Ballesteros) and just south of Valencia, the famous 18-hole championship links course - at El Saler.
